Just incredible from start to finish. We arrived, stressed, emotional, tired and hungry. The delightful Remy on the front desk greeted us and took care of us in a way that I am not sure I have ever experienced at a hotel before. The most superb stay for my wife’s 60th. No16 oozes history. The period detail is exquisite. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The dining experience was excellent. The haute cuisine on the a la carte was a bit beyond my sons’ comprehension but my wife and I loved it. The hotel has charm and style and the best experience i have enjoyed.

Beautiful setting, lovely service, great food, overall it was a great experience. The only thing is that they could do with a better organisation for the breakfast: the wait is too long (45 minutes to get our food, lots of time waiting on line to be seated) and the buffet is way too small for the number of guests (it would continuously run out of food). That’s only remark of an otherwise fantastic experience!
