The property was clean and it had a nice location. However, I was never the sent the check-in instructions and had to spend 30 minutes on the phone with Vacasa to figure it out. Once inside, there was no hand soap in the kitchen or any restrooms.

Wonderful location, very cozy inside
This place is super for first time skiiers or families. Easy walk to slopes. Beautiful location with views of ski lift and skiiers. Gorgeous creek with a small waterfall in front of property. This place is close to gem mine and grandfather mountain as well. Location is key. Great restauraunts and coffee close by. Suggestion please have liquid hand soap in each bathroom and kitchen and more toliet paper. One note outside of building needs work and is run down. We werent expecting that. Other than that 5 star forl ocation and coziness.

Great stay!
My husband and I and our two boys ages 10 and 12 stayed for three nights. Everything went smooth upon check in. The house was stocked with everything that we needed and was super close to the slopes. We walked down to the lift to ski every morning and we were able to walk back for lunch during the day in between rides. I highly recommend this property for your family. It was perfect for a family of four. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Highly recommend!

January Ski Weekend
This unit was just as pictured, tastefully decorated and met our needs. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the ski in ski out (even with hill to climb) worked well for us. The only reasons I didn't give it 5 stars were: * Water pressure for the unit was less than normal (or what we were expecting) - not sure if it's an owner choice or just the way it is. * With limited seating in the main room, the existing couch had little to no support and was not comfortable after a long day on the slopes. Even with those minor negatives we would look to return here for future trips.

Overall good place to stay
We got to the rental at 8 am since we were snowboarding that day but check-in was not till 4. We tried to reach out to the owner about parking in the parking lot earlier and never heard a response. We also tried to get the keys earlier since we noticed the unit was empty and cleaned already but we once again got no response. The checkout was very easy and as soon as we clicked the check out button the cleaners showed up 2 minutes later. Even if the unit took 2 hours to clean and checkout is at 10, it was ready at 12 for the next guest. It would have been nice to get the keys earlier to unload everything and get settled in rather them having to wait till 4 for no reason. The place was very nice just as listed. Overall we had a great time thow.

What a cute condo! Everything was as stated. Very clean & had everything we needed. I have a fear of spiders. Didn’t even see one spider web or bug of any sort, which is amazing for a condo deep in the woods. The property manager reached out multiple times to ensure everything was good. Also responded quickly to a question. We golfed @ Sugar (gorgeous course) & went on several hikes. We were pleasantly surprised by how many really nice restaurants are in the area. Can’t wait to come back during ski season!

Nice Getaway
Great location, clean, and quiet. Loved the games and distance to local walking. Btw, for those out if state, public tennis courts are not free. Gave 4 stars because unable to get support from Vacasa to unclog master bathroom drain, despite messaging and calling (maintenance person did not show up during initial planned time slot and when I followed up, they never responded). I've stayed with Vacasa rentals before and never had problems so maybe it was just a fluke? Kind of odd I couldn't get a response over the course of several days though...

Nice for a weekend getaway
We enjoyed our time at the condo. We had an issue with the Master Bath shower not draining, so everyone had to use the hall shower. Floor mats were not clean and blinds were not working. But those were small issues otherwise kitchen was modern and easy to use. Beds where comfortable and living room was comfortable. Enjoyed our stay.

The area was absolutely gorgeous- lots to do! The condo was very nice and felt homey- beautifully decorated and had everything you need! Would definitely recommend anyone who is looking for a spot to stay in this area!
