"The property is very conveniently located next to BTS, the property is clean and tidy. It is in the centre of Bangkok so it is noisy in the room, you can hear the traffic even on the 20th floor. "

"Staff was so kind and friendly. I traveled with an elderly. They always showed their kindness and went beyond their expectations to help me with my elderly accommodations. I appreciate the “luggage” team who offered to help me wheel my elderly from the entrance to the room. Buffet breakfasts had various items and different food everyday. The location was convenient for travel to the attractions. I only used the Grab car and taxi because of the elderly. It was hard to catch a Grab car in Chinatown bcz of traffic. On the last day, one of the taxi drivers offered to drive us around for the whole 8 hours for 1500 B. That was lovely!"

"First time trying to stay out of the city and was afraid that transportation will be a concern but 2 min away from the hotel is the river taxi which bring us right to Centralworld in less than 10 min. Supper convenience. Hotel bed was confortable. Aircon was cold . Room service make up room daily. 2 big 7 Eleven store at level 1 make our shopping easy. Beside that. Morning Market with street food and cheap clothing make shopping easy. "

"Overall it is an amazing room and hotel, but I did expect the elevators to be faster…it is an extremely long wait whether you stay on the lower floors or the State Tower more expensive rooms. Please also include clear events and times on a sheet in the room, a lot of us don’t know to check the website. Especially older people like my parents. "

"We booked for our last day in Thailand and birthday treat. When we got to our lovely room with view of pool and river, the hotel arranged a lovely chocolate cake,roses and happy birthday on the tv screen.Lovely surprise.staff very helpful and polite very attentive.such a relaxing vibe at this hotel. Restaurant very good great views at night watching the boats and in the day you can see the fish in the river. Hotel decor was elegantly finished.The bar made the best cocktails which came with little bar snax."
