"The room was spacious. Our room was upgraded with no extra charge when we arrived because the original one we booked was unavailable. We loved it! The view of the falls was amazing too. The staff were all very friendly. Even the maintenance staff said hello when we saw them. There are so many great shops attached to the hotel and a short walk away from the hotel. Shopping and dining was just steps away."

"This is the second time we stayed here. We were upgraded to a suite at no extra charge. The front desk allowed us to check in early at no extra cost. We were here for our Honeymoon in May and booked again for Valentines weekend. I can not say enough about the super friendly staff. We will definitely be returning. "

"Exceptional value! Property is in good condition and we had a nice large room with comfy beds. Comfort wise it’s comparable to a courtyard Marriott, Hampton Inn, etc. But price wise it is much more affordable! The windows were large our room had a beautiful view of the Falls and Clifton Hill. Would definitely stay here again if I wanted to be in the Clifton Hill area. "
