"My stay in the Penthouse Suite at Opal Oaks was amazing. The penthouse was spacious and beautiful. The property was quiet and in a good central location. Megan was kind enough to accommodate an early check-in, which was a lifesaver since I wasn't feeling well and needed a nap. I was in the area for work, and it was so much nicer to stay at Opal Oaks instead of a hotel. I would absolutely stay there again if I am back in the area. I can't say enough nice things - Book it!"

"We arrived at around 1:30am. A bit of a mix up getting access, but it all worked out. There are 4 rooms and you have access to the kitchen, dining room and living room. Each room is marked as well in the kitchen cabinets, refrigerator. There are utensils, cups and glasses, plates and flatware. The rooms are cold in the character sense, but it was fine for us as we only slept there. It could use a better shower head but it worked. It’s cheap, clean, safe and in a good location. "Nice quiet 1 bedroom converted from some of the garage. Bed was a little rough. Room only had A/C unit and no heat. But, thankfully it didn't get freezing cold inside. Lots of TV choices for streaming only. No local antenna channels. It would be very helpful to know that this is part of the 812 address. As I arrived after dark and was not too comfortable driving into an occupied driveway! It was very refreshing to not have to pay crazy "fees" as part of this rental. Owner very responsive."
