"This was such a fun and perfect place to stay. While I thought it may be small given it is a cottage, there was more than enough room for a couple. The place was decorated with true Bahamian beach style, which was so fun - every detail was perfect, and the location was great as well! Would love to come back"

"We have stayed at Palmetto Cottage 2 years in a row. It is a beautiful property in a fabulous location. It is homey, has central AC, if needed, and lots of kitchen goods for cooking meals. Both the inside living space and the porch were great for sitting and relaxing. The sandbar and beach are stunning. "

"A group of us rented all 3 cottages for a week and it was even better than it looks on line. The views were spectacular and the cottages were so cute and clean. The property Manager was SO fast to respond - set up gold carts for us, dropped off propane when we ran out- just on top of everything! We are already planning our next trip. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!"

"The cottage was no frills but had everything we needed and was nestled in a quiet area surrounded by native vegetation and many types of birds. The screened in porch and pool was perfect for relaxing too. The pier is a few feet away with easy access for kayaking or watching the green sea turtles from there. Valerie is a top notch host and ensures that you have everything that you need. Thanks again Valerie - we had a great time!"

"Purple Papaya checked off all of our boxes. It was clean, with a pool, and the view, my God, the view. Everyday we walked on the beach, got in the ocean, got in the pool only to take another walk during the sunset. Watching the sunrise was life changing!! "You cannot find a more beautiful view from a deck. The location is amazing with a swimming beach that is almost empty of people most of the time. You can see turtles and stingrays when snorkeling from the beach. The house has everything you need and is very well taken care of. The owners are helpful and we are incredibly grateful that we were able to stay in their home."

"This was our second stay on the property and will stay again in the future. You can hear the waves crashing on the beach and the house is perfectly set up for two people.
