"I liked that it's one of the near Austin downtown hotels that does not charge for parking. There was a lot of parking and felt safe. The hotel was okay, not sure I'd stay again, I rather have a brighter lighting hotel. The hotel halls and room were super dark. The bathroom mirror was super low, I had to bend down to fix my hair. The room had a full length mirror, but no lighting so was pointless. Good price, safe and decent location near downtown but not sure I'd stay here again, I'd spend more...

"Hidden gem. The room was very nice and the "garden" area was a secluded enclave. Excellent breakfast pastries with other options. It's wonderful to stay in a B&B that actually serves breakfast, as opposed to those named as such but only providing a bed."

"Nice property but it is going through renovations so it is noisy during the day. The staff was great and very friendly. The only complaint that i have was the bed was horrible. Very hard. I as so sore after spending two nights on that bed."
