Best thing--and this is a serious good--is the nearness to the central train station. Good to land in if you're just staying over between trains. Other than that, not much reason to stay here. Room just okay; price of the hotel breakfast shockingly, ridiculously high; neighborhood not appealing, a combo of cheap chain stores in opulent buildings and the kind of "wrong side of the tracks" seediness. But: so conveniently close to that station.

The staff were most helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet was bountiful and delicious, though they never had black tea, for some reason. The room was clean and most comfortable. The hotel's location does require a rather long walk to use the public transportation system but it is excellent for train services.

Great stay in Antwerp. The location is very close to Antwerp Central station making it right next to the diamond district, zoo & chocolate museum. It was also a very enjoyable 20 min walk down The Meir (shopping mall) to get to the old town with amazing restaurants and historic buildings, the cathedral and the river. Underground secure parking was easily accessible from the street, making it a good option for driving from Germany. Would recommend and stay again.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel overall. Initially on my first night, i was uncomfortable because AC was not working. I reported the issue and it was corrected the next day. The NH app for communication and resolution of issues and request for needs was extremely helpful. Room was cozy,clean, updated. Staff was very helpful. Common areas were nice and relaxing.

Very nice modern and clean room. Eco friendly can mean reduced AC function. Was told it takes a bit to have the room cool down but after half of the stay it was still 23C in the room. The AC was my only issue it is a nice hotel and staff were friendly. Steps away from central station.

Staff were very helpful. Property was clean, amd parking v. easy/convenient. Location is a bit weird, as the neighborhood is locked up tight by 5pm amd gives it a kind of abandoned feeling in the evenings, but never felt unsafe or anything. About 30 mins on foot from the city center.
