The only good thing I found is that the hotel is near to other sight-seeing points.
Like many reviews said. (1) The room always has a bad smell when enter each time. This might explain that all cleaned room have their door wide opened before new guest arrive. (2) My city tour guide told me that this hotel area (the square, and the nearby McDonald's area there) is not too safe to walk at night. (daytime to me seems ok) (3) very yellowish and teared-thread towel was given to guest. They blame the towel provider. (4) The silver inside the room standup mirror is worn out and loss and look like very dirty. they said it was antique mirror and I said why keep it.
My experience is that this hotel only looks after its own interest. (4) After a 3- days stay, I asked for a half to one hour late check out extension, a flat no was given by the receptionist and that (after the receptionist talked to her manager) we were told to pay 50 Euro extra for the late check-out we requested. Consider that we book and pay for a 3 adults’ room with 3 breakfasts each day, the third person would only come the last day and I informed to the receptionist of such when we check-in on first day. Therefore, the third person never use the room nor taken any breakfasts for the first two days. Of course, they won’t do any rate adjustment nor a refund on the two days breakfast. When I book, the only option is to prepaid this hotel.
I do not recommend this hotel and will not return to this hotel again.
