"We've stayed here several times, the staff accommodates request for specific room, cleans & makes room up daily & is central to venues throughout area & Toronto. The daily room cleaning & straightening we haven't seen in other hotels. We'll continue to stay here when heading to Toronto. "

I called ahead of time to ensure everything was taken care of, the gentleman I spoke with was so helpful from beginning to end. He even called me back to next day to ensure I had paid for parking so my parents wouldn’t have to deal with it when they got here. "All in all it’s a great place it’s a little bit older but it definitely does the trick the pool is really nice and clean and rather warm it was very nice considering I’ve stayed at other hotels that were more money and the pool is always been freezing cold And mostly broken and out of service"
