"The check in was easy but unfortunately when we got to our room we were greeted with a dirty room that had been left dirty from previous guests and it was 7:30pm. We were given a new room on the top floor but that was the consolation for the dirty room. Parking was a bit of a mess for self park. The garage is snug and confusing. Room was nice but the AC made a rattling noise the entire night. Restroom was the tightest squeeze I had seen in a Hilton. The location was close to the event we had so...

"We love to stay here because it's close to Disney and walk-able. And the hot breakfast with make-your-own waffles is such a convenience. We stayed in one of the family suites and it was nice for the kids to be able to spread out. The front desk is super friendly. The rooms are clean, the pool area is nice."

"I booked a Pool view for a reason. We get to see the Fireworks. The pool is 24hrs so that's a huge+! My only downside was the housekeeping....but then again my boys crap was all over so that was probably for their safety...lol"
