"Amazing experience and service was outstanding!! Our flight was delayed and got us in a day later! The front desk staff was so amazingly accommodating and pushed back our reservation a day with no extra charge. We changed our arrival pickup from the airport to the water taxi and the driver met us-was there waiting for us as we got off the water taxi. We hadn't eaten all day and he graciously dropped us to pick up food before heading to the hotel-and gave us advice of which restaurants were good in the area. When we arrived to our hotel, we were greeted with kindness! It was my birthday and they decorated the bed and had a nice card welcoming us in for my birthday! Our 2nd to last day there, it rained very heavily and the golf cart that we rented from the resort stalled and wouldn't restart. The agent came right away from the hotel to pick us up and get us safely back to the resort and switch out our golf carts. They responded swiftly and with such kindness. My very last day, I realized I left my iPad in the room and they sent the iPad with the driver who was picking up guests for the shuttle that arrived to the airport after ours! Again they responded quickly and promptly with such graciousness and kindness! I cannot thank these people enough for their professionalism and promptness, their welcoming attitudes and kindness! I will be back! 10/10 resort experience! "

"Our stay was amazing!! From the friendly welcome at check in to the wonder customer service at check out. Premises was clean and neat, rooms were cleaned and replenished everyday. Workers were very helpful and friendly. Had kids: 3&6 yo and I would say this place is kid friendly for the most part. I think this place is amazing for all but especially girls trip or couple getaway. I only had one hiccup: they left the sliding door open after cleaning and our room was muggy and bugs welcomed themselves in. That was resolved itself after a day, though."

"From the time we arrived at the airport this propert did not dissapoint! They picked us up, the property was STUNNING. Rooms were clean, stocked well, very cute. NEVER a bad meal from either restaurant, the food was so good i cant even express it. We could use the canoes/kayaks and snorkle complimentary. a cute happy dog was always with someone. Staff bends over backwards for you!! They rented us a golf cart, brought us drinks or snacks from town if they didnt have it, We had coffee delivery every morning, turn down service and water refresh every night. Pool is warm and beautiful. Use of all the cabanas in the pier and the view was amazing. The staff was friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable and really seemed to enjoy working there. Ambience was always quiet and romantic. Sad we ran out of the time to use spa, so we need more time when we return. I just cant say enough, honestly after seeing other properties on the island we chose the best one by far. "
