The screened deck with rockers and a swing was a great place to watch both sunrises and sunsets. A beautiful, natural location to unwind! Wendy was a great host - appreciated all the extras!"

"This was our first reunion of what we hope to be many! The house was beautiful, and the kitchen was gourmet with all the trappings for entertaining and dining. The dining table was large enough for most of us to gather at once and the bar stools made us complete. The weather was not ideal, but the spacious living room provided us plenty of room to socialize and play games while still enjoying the view. The dolphin were very active and we could see them all the time. Nikki was a responsive host and we lacked for nothing. We highly recommend!! "

THEN ENTER A SPACIOUS OLD FLORIDA COTTAGE, EXCEPTIONLY CLEANED AND DECORATED, DOWN TO EVERY DETAILED ITEM NEEDED, TO INCLUDE A QUIET RELAXING TRIP. THE HOST WAS TOP NOTCH, AND VERY THOUGHTFUL TO DETAIL . THE STAY WAS ACCOMMODATING FROM HOST TO THE COTTAGE."

"The property was lovely situated on Alligator Point with ample space for everybody. We particularly enjoyed the large common areas, including a well stocked kitchen and beautiful views of the Gulf. What we particularly liked about this property is that sunrises and sunsets were both visible from the back porch. My boys were able to enjoy fishing and exploring around in the shallow areas. The elevator was a key in our decision making as we have family who are unable to do stairs. We hope to be back again soon.."
