"The good: Loved the proximity to beach, all rooms are ocean view. The staff are lovely. Nice decor and vibe. Clean, well appointed room. The food is hit or miss as far as their fine dining options. The bad: Elevator was broken half the time and building 4 stank of sewerage in hallway. Getting a good chair on the beach or by the pools is cutthroat. Get your towel on a chair by 615 am."

"I just returned from 11 days at the Grand Sirenis. Overall I had an amazing time and here is my honest opinion. This property is beautiful and spacious. Lots of opportunities to explores different areas, pools, beaches…the lazy river. The ocean was amazing! A couple days of murky water but most days the sea was clear and warm. I found the pools to be a little cool but on a warm day it didn’t take long to get used to. Both main pool areas are clean with lots of seating, bar and even food options...

"The residence is actually located on Tulum golf resort and Bahia Principe is across the highway. There's nothing to do on the residential side. You will definitely need to rent a vehicle which they assisted with. Please download Whatsapp, you will need it! All communications went through the app. Front desk was helpful but again nothing is at the golf resort. You can purchase armbands for the resort across the highway but no transportation is provided. They will call a taxi lol for $20,...

"Worst condition ever of a vacation home. It was absolutely the worst hotels.com experience ever. Just to list a few reasons: Most fans in bed-rooms not working (not ideal in warm Mexico) AC in a few rooms not working. No hot water in any bathrooms. Kitchen equipped for 4 people despite we had 10 on the reservation. Bedding for 6 people despite 10 on the reservation. Ceiling light not working in kitchen, living- and dining room. We sat in dark for 4 evenings! We moved around other light but...
