"Mostly excellent. The heat unit was loud and at times disturbed our sleep, but the comfort of the bed was excellent. The garage was across the street and it's a shame a covered walkway isn't available to protect one against extreme cold, snowy or rainy conditions when walking back to the hotel from the garage. Our room was very clean, spacious and quiet. The hallway carpeting was clean and plush. We look forward to staying at the Westin in Waltham again as we plan to visit family in the area regularly in the future."

"My wife and I just spent two (2) days and nights at the Hotel Eliot in Boston. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This is definitely one of Boston’s “best kept secrets.” It is a hotel that exudes class and service. Our suite was luxurious, well-appointed and large. The staff are totally professional, courteous and helpful. The hotel is in an ideal location on the corner of Commonwealth Avenue and Massachusetts Avenue. Great shopping, restaurants and sites — including Kenmore Square, Fenway Park, Newbury Street and all of its shops, Public Gardens, Boston Common, Berklee School of Music, Charles River, etc. — are all within walking distance. We traveled to several other locations in the city by Uber and never waited more than 4 minutes for our Uber to arrive. I love this place, will definitely stay here again and highly recommend the Hotel Eliot to everyone. "
