"Great Atmospher, Rooming, & Staff! I've been in Bessemer for work for 5 months now. There are 5-6 different hotels walking distance from each other here so l initially stayed at the most expensive one in the area for 3 weeks. Went home for a week and decided to try this location when I returned. They have exceeded all expectations for the cost. I have been a back and forth resident for over 4 months now. I appreciate the level of professionalism the staff have provided not to mention the cleanliness of the rooms. You can tell that they were recently upgraded and the suites that I have resided are beautiful. The level of attentiveness that the staff provides is unmatched! I left the previous (double priced hotel) because the staff refused to address noise complaints and other issues. Here, I don't have to complain about noise because they uphold a standard that is much appreciated. Additionally, in the 4 months that l've been here, l've only had 1 issue... my AC was struggling one early morning. The manager swiftly responded and offered to move my room while they worked on the issue as to not to disturb me. I declined and agreed that it could wait while I was at work. I came in the following day to all issues rectified (a simple filter change) & a freshly cleaned spotless room. The beds are super, comfortable, the appliances are all new, and again the STAFF are amazing. This place has become my home while I'm away from home. "We were greeted warmly by the staff and made to feel at home. The hotel was very clean, well maintained and quiet. Our room was very nice! It was clean, well furnished and very comfortable. We arrived Friday evening and stayed the weekend, leaving out on Sunday. Loved the noon checkout by the way! No need to rush, which was so nice for a change. We will definitely be back to stay! If you desire quality and comfort at an affordable price, I highly recommend this hotel!! "
