"Good stay convenient location for Md Anderson. Couple things it didn’t have anything in gift shop we wanted a couple of Cokes and some Advil and they had none and none at desk. Also for what charge water in room sb free. Gym is great staff very nice bed comfy and room clean. "

"My husband and I stay for 3 nights. We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was awesome. Can’t beat the pool and lazy river absolutely fabulous. The only thing I have a complaint about was the pillows. They were too soft. Would definitely stay again. "

"We had a mostly positive experience. The location can’t be beat for shopping and dining (which is why we were there) — having the Galleria connected could not be more convenient. The staff were kind and welcoming, and one unexpected highlight was the shower — excellent water pressure, which is always a plus. However, the room itself left a bit to be desired. "The reviews on Expedia are not like those on Google. I didn’t realize until too late. It’s a very outdated hotel. Good for a short stay but even then….the ice machine didn’t work, the room wasn’t cleaned well before us and even after one night. The area is desolate but there is a security guard and dog watching the cars but that’s cuz the area is sketchy! May be good for the price just don’t have too high of expectations."
