"My stay was really good. Room was clean and nice. Room was a good size i had more than enough space. The only issue was getting to the hotel from the garage. The signage wasn't great so i walked through the mall trying to find the hotel entrance. I was lucky enough to find people i knew and they directed me to the hotel lobby."

"The young man’s hair that checked us in was long over his face that we couldn’t understand what he was saying. The walls and furniture in our hallway of our floor were bumped or scraped. It was below freezing during our stay and there were only thin blankets on the bed. We had to turn up the heat. The tissues in our bathroom smelt like vomit. Breakfast was okay but the service was very nice. I did enjoy my complementary drink. "

"We arrived at night and left early morning in preparation for the Houston Marathon. The hotel was very elegant and we loved it. Would have appreciated a better view of the city but we had a nice view of some building art which we love. The room was spacious and clean.
