"The staff at this hotel were extremely friendly and very helpful. Whether it was a waiter, front desk staff or bell hop everyone was looking for any opportunity to provide quality service for us. The hotel is very quiet and the room was clean upon arrival. The only thing I didn't like was the location of the hotel because it was not super walkable to the old town area and the shuttle only offered service between 12-8 pm (which was not super convenient). "

"The Paradise Valley area is just residential property and lodges. All restaurants are at least a 10 minute drive from the property. The hotel is excellent, rooms are excellent, grounds are beautiful, views are amazing. The only negative was they did not have bikes available so we couldn't do that activity. "

"Wish I could rate 4.5. The resort is very big. It's lovely. Very pretty. Incredible fitness center and a very nice pools with hot tubs. Very convenient location. The thing I didn't like was the air air conditioning kind of never shuts off and you can't just open a door or window. So the room noise is kind of loud. The room was comfortable. The coffee maker was crap. It was quiet and we liked it except for those things. "

"This is a great spot I happened upon it while traveling for business. I had a very relaxing stay. Quiet rooms, well appointed, and the pool area is fantastic! Huge pool with a hot tub overlooking, and an outdoor bar. "

"Everything was excellent except the restaurant. Terrible. Slow. Eat somewhere else. We tried 2 breakfasts, lunch and 2 dinners. Dinners were the worst by far. Over an hour to get simple foods like salads and burgers. The grounds are divine. The spa is a dream. The rooms are lovely! Would stay here again without question "

"The property is pretty retro, and dated, which is great if you’re in that kind of thing… However, the food at the restaurant is excellent and there is a particular bartender that is a genius! Absolute mixologist! His name is Obsidian and I strongly recommend his espresso martinis!!! Great staff!"
