"Brand new upgraded room which was very nice! Parking is a little bit of a pain as it’s in the hotel but not really as you need to go outside to get to the car and it is very expensive. "

"Restaurant was very good. Staff was excellent. Only caution is restaurant is not open for lunch and there are really no other options. This would not normally be a concern as its Niagara Falls so would be doing the touristy thing around lunch. We were there mid-week February during a snow storm and didn't want to go out unless necessary "

"My stay at this establishment was Excellent. Any questions or concerns that I may have had were addressed immediately and reconciled swiftly. I was only there for 3 nights and I wish that I could’ve stayed longer. I thoroughly enjoyed my time there. I give it 5 stars and highly recommend it. Should I return to visit again, I will Definitely want to re-visit and stay longer. Thanks for the superb and luxury accommodations. I am extremely pleased and grateful. "
