"I did not like that the rooms ac was on at certain times and very loud and that there was mold in the bathroom the shower head was full of like scale and the toilet was broken even after they “fixed it” the pool had tiles missing and was dirty and there was broken windows in the lounge area by the pool. However the concierge was extremely nice helpful. The room was smelly and the carpet was very dirty the bed was very hard "

"Phoenix is a great city! Felt very safe. Valet parking was a fair price and very convenient. The hotel is nice but the elevators were having issues and it sometimes took 15 min to get on. The elevators were such an issue that we took the stairs (which were not clearly marked) a few times… TO THE 10th FLOOR!! We would stay here again though (if the elevators are working). The rooms were very clean. We had to ask the front desk for housekeeping to reset our room … then it was done right away....

"The Omni spa and the spa pool were the highlight of the resort. Very beautiful spa! We bought the Joya signature scent spray. We did notice that at the Oasis pool the empty dirty glasses from the night before were all around the pool and hot tub. We called at noon to ask to have staff come clean up. The valet guys were very helpful. I enjoyed our ground floor room by the adults only pool but upon arrival we did have to ask for a new chaise cushion (it was ripped and stained). The bathroom in...
