"Very good experience since we live on the top floor. Even we couldn’t see the spare view however it’s really nice experience. Stuff are nice and kind. We love it so far."

"We had a 1 bedroom with a view to the sphere... it was gorgeous. A little trouble getting housekeeping to bring coffee and AC was not working great, but they did their best to fix it. The staff was all very nice and went out of their way to help. FountaineBleu across the street was fun to cruise around the lobby, etc. Shout out to Darius at the Concierge desk... he was helpful in getting tickets to a show and patient with us in navigating the LasVegas.com website. "I love New York, New York! It's not too big, the restaurants are great, the vibe is awesome, and the video games are reasonable. I LOVE the atmosphere and feel like I'm a kid again walking the streets of NY in the 60s. But our room was so hot we couldn't sleep. We turned down the thermostat as low as it would go, but it remained very hot."

"We were here on family vacation overall experience was good. We were surprised there was smoking in the resort! The room was clean except for a few food pieces left under the bed. "

"What i didnt like was that the room smelled like cigarette smoke all of the time, even though it was a non-smoking room, so i had to have the AC on constantly."

"The hotel room was very nice, however all the doors to rooms would slam unless people were careful to close them. We had a family right next door whose children were quite loud, especially at night when you'd think they shoud be sleeping😳, so the walls are pretty thin. No shuttles to the strip or the airport was a bit inconvenient. However, the staff are super friendly and the room was clean. I especially like that they have security at the elevator to make sure only guest come through."
