"Several things in the room did not work: the remote for the tv, hard to adjust the heat, accessing Wifi. Maybe a booklet in the room with operational directions could help. The gentleman who checked us in was very helpful! If you bring your own wine there were 2 wine glasses, a corkscrew, and a silver ice bucket. Classy. You also can build a fire in an adobe fireplace! "Bath tub faucet was old and dysfunctional. Hot was cold, cold was hot. Leaking at the bottom. All I wanted to do was to take a hot shower and that thing was horrible, old, leaky, did not work properly. "

"Wonderful 4 night stay with my wife and kids, We tour the city and a ski area and the hotel is on a great location. Easy and free parking for our rental car. Excellent customer service!"
