"Great accommodations and solid dining options "

"Two out of the four nights that we stayed there we did not get anyone to come clean our room and I had to call for towels and go grab towels from a cartand one of the days someone knocked on our door at 8 o'clock to clean our room which is ridiculous! Other than that we love this hotel!"

"We had an excellent room, but beware they charge an additional $75/day for resort and parking fees. This is frustrating and prevents me from giving a higher rating. Also food at both restraurant onsite is decidedly mediocre (althought the atmosphere at Prado if very nice). I'd give both a pass since there are plenty of other choices nearby. "

"From arrival to departure, from housekeeping to wait staff, to bellmen & front desk, every person who worked here offered smiles and outstanding service. The property was immaculate. With a Dean Martin/Palm Springs vibe, it was like going into the past but with every modern amenity. Location was just blocks from everything in Old Town. Dozens of great restaurants in walking distance. Will definitely return!"
