"The pools and water park were excellent. We were worried about it being too cold in January, but all the water features and pools were perfectly heated just enough to be comfortable. The mini golf and pool volleyball was great. We had a blast. Thank you! "

"Very nice grounds with lots of plants with nice labels /descriptions. The main pool and jacuzzi area is very nice and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Restaurants were decent (about what you'd expect) but convenient. We didn't need it, but they have shuttle service to Old Town, which is nice too. It was very quiet when we visited (week after New Years) so I can't comment on hiw they handle crowds. Would stay there again."

"The property grounds are gorgeous. The food was also delicious. We only at at the Palo Verde restaurant while we were there. There were some issues with room service (e.g., not receiving what we ordered, not receiving appropriate utensils, and food took a long time to be delivered). We also had some issues reaching the front desk. We asked that a fireplace log be delivered one evening and it never was. All-in-all, we really enjoyed our time there, but there were some hiccups.
