"The concierge and front desk staff were really great. The location is ideal. The property has undergone some nice updates. The bathroom was not entirely clean nor was the coffee/beverage station in the room. Housekeeping knocked early and got me out of bed. And i never got my folio emailed to me, so that was one shortcomi g of the staff, but mostly everyone was really friendly and helpful."

"The staff was excellent and helpful. When the heat in our suitedidn't work, a staff member responded promptly and fixed the problem. The trouble with the DoubleTree is that it tries to be a 5-star hotel, but the parking lot is terrible, the breakfast food was late and cold, and unit furniture and carpeting was very old an doutdated; not near enough electrical outlets. It's a good 4 star."

Pros: We loved the condo, the location and the views. 5 stars Cons: 3 Stars We didn’t know that we had to pay $40 for Valet parking a night, because there wasn’t any parking for a Chevy truck. If we didn’t have a truck, parking would’ve been 30 a day and no in and outs. The bed was low to the floor. My husband has bad knees and had surgery for a broken back.
