"The resort was well kept and the staff were great I encountered a really bad staff at the pool area. I spoke to the manager Josh and he handed the situation really well. I will be honest, I felt good afterwards "

"Good: Nice place. No major issues with cleanliness or other issues noted. Shower base could use a cualk refresh but seen worse. We were called to make sure no issues as well which was a nice touch. Two free drink coupons on check-in which was also early really helped relax on arrival. Easy transportation as trolly stop outside hotel and a Walgreens for quick snacks/things. Not so good: Pina colada is $16, even if its virgin for the kids. Yikes. Within walking distance there is not much cheap...

"Everything was great. Except the customer service. I was locked out of the hotel at 3am. the scanner was not working with my card. there was 2 staff people that ignored me as i was knocking and asking for help. it took them 10minutes to get up from the chair to help me open. it was very unpleasant and was dissapointing considering everything else was great. "

"My family of 4 loved staying here! The 2 bedroom is very spacious and comfortable with a balcony and beautiful view of the bay. The salted warm water pool was refreshing every morning and the pool area vibe was cool. We enjoyed the restaurant at the pool area as well. Would definitely come back again. "

"The lady at the front desk forgot my luggage and I have nothing to change after swimming, I have to go to the front desk get my luggage with my sweat pants and almost get a bad cold. Except for that, everything is good "
