"Couldn’t be better located for theater theatre interests. Easy connections to bus or subway. Superior breakfast buffet compared to domestic chains but be prepared for a brief wait a peak hours. Heard a lot about room key issues and elevators but we had no difficulties. We would absolutely stay again."

"The hotel is really cool and in an excellent location. The staff was friendly and helpful and the room was always cleaned really well. The hotel bar is awesome with a really great vibe and the lobby was also a nice place to hang out with the family. The only problem is there were no garbage cans in the lobby so we had to leave our trash on the table. We had a handicap room so it was a nice size and I have to say the water pressure in the hotel is fantastic. The bed was pretty comfortable more on the hard side, but they did not have a good range of pillows so I went to target and bought a three dollar soft pillow which I used for the three nights I was there. other than that it was a fabulous stay"
