"Stayed here for business. Heaters didn’t work as disclosed, room was always below 22 degrees. The floor heater was great. Complementary water bottles weren’t replenished each day but they will replenish on request. Otherwise, clean and to a good standard. Though, my coworker slipped on the wet floor when a staff member was mopping the floor on the ground floor. The mopping job wasn’t the greatest as the floors were extremely wet. She was injured but could have suffered a worst injury. Especially...
