"The front staff was excellent. They were very welcoming and informative. The bartending staff in the restaurant was awful. Extremely unfriendly, unattentive, and miserable. After asking for a menu after seeing a show, we had to wait another 20 minutes for the bartender to come back over to us, and when we wanted to order she said the kitchen was closed. Awful experience. I helped them out by letting other customers know it’ll take a half hour to get a drink, so they went elsewhere. Be prepared...

"Property was amazing, beautiful, strikingly decorated with fine furnishings and antiques. Staff was professional and helpful. My only concern would be in our bath room 517, there was some water damage and a little mold on the fan to the right side of the toilet. This was a very small concern and we would definitely return. In fact, we’ve been to the Inn four times."
