"My son and I stayed for tonight during his tournaments. It's not super clean but it's really acceptable and much better than other similar hotels. It wasn't included breakfast but I'm happy for that because many of hotels that offer break fast it just junk. "Enjoyed the stay immensely. Tight fit with my wife and our 4 teenage daughters but the family enjoyed the special atmosphere. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the caboose we stayed in was very well done. I was very cold for our stay in December, floors were a little cold so bring thick socks or slippers! But the room was warm and cozy! Quite a fun nostalgic stay. Casey Jones Restaurant was outstanding!"

"This property is a really nice place to stay. 10 minutes from everything, yet out in the middle of nowhere. So quaint and quiet. Very clean! Comfortable! Had a 2 queen room, but the beds were more like Double beds, not queens, but definitely not a deal breaker. We would stay here again without hesitation. We got a rate of $98 a night which is awesome! "

"The hotel stay was good is just the room had a smell I had to get used to and the bathroom wasn't as clean as is supposed to be, the toilet bowl had some waste stuck to it from the previous person, Shower liner was orange at the bottom from scum and shower walls were also with scum. I also found some dust on the TV stand. Will I stay here again if I have to? Yes I will just the cleaning could be better. Location was great. "
