"A clean and comfortable property with great breakfast. They were kind to let me into my room early - what a miracle! Decor has a rather strange vibe - supposed to be hip but more like wild party. Would be GREAT if hotel could provide VERY specific instructions on how to get there through the tunnel from the airport. It was hard to find and I couldn't speak German so I got lost and ended up walking on street with lots of luggage and buses zooming by. But I found my way! Wish the front desk...

One disappointment was that the pillows were really uncomfortable to me. I asked if they had any softer pillows and they didn’t. "

"My stay really exceeded all expectations. I just needed to place the flop after shopping and doing things with friends in Palm Springs. The hotel was very quiet, and the whole premises was very well lighted. I felt safe there. Staff was very nice. Cal, who apparently is the manager, was there when I checked in and checked out and he was very helpful and friendly."
