Rooms and Lobby have Specific, new design, a delicious variety of foods and desert for breakfast. All attractive places to visit are accessible through subway or train station which are around 9 min. walking from Hotel.

It’s regarded as a four star hotel. In reality it’s not! There was no hand soap, lotion, or dental kit. The furniture was dusty. There were molds in the shower corners. The spare toilet roll has stains on it!! The ceiling looks poor! The hotel lacked a charger adapter and had to walk to the train station at 8 pm to get one from a vending machine. The hotel is not cheap! Breakfast was fine. The staff were friendly. The location was close to the train station/tram.

Overall great hotel if your staying in Vienna. Its away from the heavy crowds but very close to praterstern station that goes everywhere! One comment about the room itself, would be beneficial to put a little shelf in the shower.

Our room was very dark, no AC that we could get going, and our bed was very hard. We decided to move to the hotel we had just left. Of course we didn’t receive a refund, but we were okay with it. The walls were black, there was no decor, the tv was a computer monitor, the bathroom was mostly black tile and an open room. I didn’t feel the pictures in the listing matched what we walked into.

Room was hot, humid, and dirty. AC was nonexistent (was hot outside and the room was between 25-26.5 the entire time) and it looked like somebody ejaculated on the curtains. Location was good and public facilities at the hotel were pretty good. Good breakfast.

Loved the vibe and the youthful energy, even for a middle aged traveler. Very convenient, walkable to sizeable transit station, solid food options onsite. Only 2 issues were the very hard beds, which discouraged even sitting on the bed. And the shower door opened to the room, which wasn't ideal for travel with a parent and a teenager.

The hotel really fell short of my expectations. Service was fine, but nothing special at all. Reception felt understaffed. The attitude of some reception felt as if they couldn’t be bothered and some were even monosyllabic. They laughed amongst each other and didn’t pay full attention to each guest. Such a shame. The room itself was fine and shower good, but very dusty in areas and walls scraped from previous guests. Satisfactory but not the great stay I was hoping for.

Good bare bones accommodation experience
The social hub is currently marketed as a digital nomad working space, but it’s more of a rebranded student accommodation block. If, unlike me, you know that going in, it’s not really a problem. In return for a reasonable (but not cheap) price, you’ll get fair service and amenities and overpriced and underwhelming food options.
