During my last visit, I noticed that Sayoko san at the front desk was going above and beyond to ensure that everyone’s check in process was smooth. Her attention to detail and excellent customer service truly stood out. I have become a regular and am no longer looking for alternatives when staying in Rinku Town."

We wanted to forward our bags to our next destination and after asking on 3 occasions and being told it would be a delay of 1 week I called the luggage company directly who confirmed my suspicions.
