"The staff was wonderful. It is a great facility if you have any appointments or need to stay near St Paul's hospital. We did not use the garage but parking was available. Our only complaint was the time it took the hot water to get to the room, we were on the 25th floor, lots of hot when it got there, We would recommend the hotel."

"It was a comfortable stay, but not quiet in the evening. People on the street were loud at night. Temperature was adequate in the room. My child was put off by the smell in the elevator and in the hallway. I got a faint hint of cigarette smoke and BO in the elevator, but that could have been someone who had used the elevator before us. It was comfortable and good value for a 1 night stay. Some decent restaurants in the neighborhood. Less homeless people in this area vs. Gastown area. That was a...

"This is my second time staying at St. Regis. The hotel is located right downtown and a short walk away from almost everything. It’s clean, the beds are comfortable, and that staff are SO friendly and wonderful. The breakfast options were delicious."
