"There seemed to be a lot of dirt/dust on the walls and elsewhere throughout the room for this “off season” price. The amenities are very simple, but fine. The milk for coffee was four days expired and just bagels or cereal available. View was great. Would stay again, just wish that it were cleaner. "

"The property, location, and innkeeper greatly exceeded our expectations, especially considering we booked a room that was much more affordable compared to some of the larger hotels in the area. Great for couples of any age, especially if you want a more personable and unique experience staying in Newport."
