The check in clerks were very nice. The room was semi dirty. Used washcloth hung over shower curtain, toilet still hade cleaning solution all around the outside of the toilet bowl. Lock in the door broken. Curtain would not close all the way. Rooms need an update and security check.

Very nice staff, from receptionists to dining room to shuttle driver. And the room was comfortable. It's not a 5-star hotel, but it's good enough and convenient to the airport.

Over priced for what was offered. Mattress was old, saggy and crooked (head of bed was lower than foot of bed ). Front counter in AM was not manned secondary to staff off premises with shuttle. Breakfast bag not ready in AM as requested for trip to airport, when obtained it consisted of a banana and a mini muffin without a drink.

I kind of regret when I got into my room. There's mold/mildew or just black filth behind the faucet on the washing basin, the wall paper peeled off in the bathroom, the smoke detector has broken surface, and the air conditioner is hard to set. It might be because they are in the middle of repairing their outside walls, but internally it's not the Best Western I knew - I stayed in Best Western in the west coast many times. Its quality did show some declination in the past years but this time it's the low point. The staff members are friendly though.

When first walked in the smell was so overwhelming that I was coughing uncomfortable and the building was under construction which wasn’t told when I booked and the noise was terrible
