"There is no elevators at this hotel. If we stay here again we would choose a room on the third floor and deal with the stairs, as you could hear the people walking (heavily) on the second floor. Property could use some updating, but overall stay was enjoyable.p"

"Very nice hotel, located downtown and walkable to a lot of destinations. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was good. right next to the Suns stadium and 3 blocks from both the baseball stadium and the convention center."

"This property was nice, clean and in a convenient location. My one issue is the barn door on the bathroom in the room. There was a gap on both sides that you could see through, it didn't have a lock or close properly. If you care about bathroom privacy during your stay, I would look elsewhere. If it's not an issue for you, this is a great place to stay!"

"Within walking distance of Phoenix Convention Center. Nice breakfast. Only complaint was that our room was not cleaned the 3 days we were there, had to request towels and toilet paper twice"

"The hotel was very clean, safe, and it was easy to hop on the freeway to get to other destinations. The pool and hot tub were very clean. The only complaints we had is no one ever cleaned our room. We had to bring out our garbage daily. Breakfast was good but it never changed. Was always exactly the same. By day 3 it would be nice to have a new option. There didn’t seem to be any good sit down restaurants near the hotel. Lots of fast food options but not much for healthy food close by. A perk...
