"The hotel is right on the water which is lovely. It’s right by a lot of shops and restaurants. The room was a nice size. The bathroom was nice with plenty of hot water. Our first room had a blocked sink so we had to be moved to another one. The breakfast was nice but there were not enough tables to sit at. In warm weather you could sit outside but it was too chilly so everyone was crammed into the foyer with plates on their knees. I’m sure they could have brought a few more tables in. "

"Friendly staff convenient location The breakfast server was amazing, she has lots of experience and patient. We witnessed a "Karen" who used toaster to burn Croissants, and then demanded water to cool down the burning ..... even My 8 years old could read the big sign beside the toaster, how and what to do there... Big cheers to this breakfast lady who smiled and helped evenyone. "

"All was good with the room. However, the air conditioner made a loud sound and we found it difficult to sleep. We did turn down the system which helped a bit. Thought we should have received a discount for the aggravating sound. We did not complain to the staff as we were only there for a few nights, were out most of the day, and we did not want to uproot and move rooms. Otherwise, the staff were great, the restaurants on the premises were great and the overall experience, except for the air...
