"The staff was very welcoming and friendly. Check in was very easy. The parking garage was separate from the hotel so it would have been nice to have a covered entrance into the hotel. We had a noise in our room that happened at 6:15am and again about an hour later, it was alarming and very disruptive as we had a late night from a concert, we did let the staff know and they were very apologetic about the disturbance and offered a discount to us. "This is a great property to stay at! The property is clean and the staff is friendly and welcoming. The prices are reasonable and affordable. We come to South Bend maybe once a month if not every other month sometimes twice a month and no matter what they are always available to accommodate my reservations. The breakfast is not great, they don’t have any turkey products and they servers don’t speak very good English so it’s hard to communicate at times. However, there are plenty of restaurants...
