"One problem is that NO ONE answers the front desk, guest services, wake up call lines. Even before my arrival, it would continually ring and. I one would pick up. I had to call down to the guest services and no one answered. Tried to call them to do a wake up call, and there was no answer. Even think there’s an alarm clock and I have my phone, a phone call is always a good back up. The sundries shop wasn’t open at the posted hours, and I waited a bit to see if they opened, but they...

"I received a call right before check in that they were sold out of doubles, which I reserved and received confirmation for. I was offered a single. Upon my arrival to the room, it wasn't cleaned. I went back to the front desk and informed them of the condition of the room. Front desk manager immediately began searching for another room. There was a double cancelation on the 5th floor and I was offered the room. Very inconvenience, however staff were professional and came through at the end....
