Was not the room that was booked for me had to take the room they gave me. Missing cabinet doors holes in wall; microwave dishwasher did not work big stain with deep scratches on floor. I could go on but no use.Will not stay there again!!.

Terrible also curtain did not cover the window so everyone can see you. Also sanitation rating was 80.6 also lights don’t turn off also there’s no ac and there was dirt snugged across the shower

The room flooded and their only response was to try and blame my grown children and didn’t even offer to clean the water. They handed me a mop and bucket and looked at me like I was some bum that was going to sleep in a flooded room. They did not offer to compensate ANYTHING. EVERYTHING WAS WET and all they had to say was I have until 12pm and if I wasn’t out she was going to come in and pack up for me. Ratchet for no reason. Don’t waste your time or money. If you do the homeless will kick the doors in for a warm place to stay. Have a better time at the hotels next door like Howard Johnson.

Staff were super sweet but the hotel was dirty. There was a live roach on the floor, multiple roach traps in every corner, gnats EVERYWHERE, floor was dirty, looked like lots of dust and/or mold everywhere, paper to cover holes in the floor, missing drawers???, no trash can???, and the bathroom was disgusting. It was so bad.. we didn’t even stay the night. Complete waste of money.

I would like a refund I get there to check in the woman had her child it was two other kids there jumping on the counter telling she going to steal your money and ID I overlooked it cause kids going to be kids but then I get the room don’t look like nothing that was in the pictures then I seen one roach on the wall turn around it was more roaches crawling on the wall behind the bed so after that I left and went back to the desk they my money back she didn’t refund me my money I left cause I didn’t have time was already running late please refund me my money thank you
