"We book for a 3 day stay as we want to watch the Penguins game. We’re very satisfied with our stay. The staff are friendly esp. Xiana. She’s very accommodating. I love that the shampoos/body wash are provided. Also, bed and pillow are comfy. Thank for you! "

"The hotel had good hours for the pool, nice and clean, overall. It had a decent breakfast spread and the rooms were a good size. I would consider returning. The only, but most important downside, was how rude the front desk assistant were. Two of them specifically. The young woman working on the morning of Friday, March 28th had a very demeaning attitude until she realized I had a reservation. The lady working on the night of Saturday, March 29th was the worst.
