"The location was super close to the train station and all kinds of foods and stores. The staff was SO KIND. Like truly welcoming. The room was small but had everything we needed- fridge, water kettle, heater, bed, window, shower and toilet. It was very clean as well! It was exactly what we needed and we will stay there again! "My husband and I stayed at this hotel for 8 nights during our first trip to London. It was an excellent place to stay. The convenience of the location to Paddington station was priceless and made getting around London and getting back to our hotel so easy. The front desk staff was always kind and helpful and even helped me make a phone call one morning when I was having an issue with my Oyster card. The breakfast selection was great, although we ate out a few mornings, I would say we had the included breakfast at the hotel about 5 times and they had a good variety of items to choose from. We loved having tea with breakfast every morning, but they also had coffee. The hotel location was very quiet and cozy and we felt safe there for our whole trip. The building is probably very old (but we liked that) and it's kept very well and was perfect for our trip. We would definitely recommend it and hope to return again sometime. "

"This property is in a safe location and just around the corner from Paddington Station, restaurants and shops. Our room was very small but clean. USB charging ports were a plus! The staff was friendly and helpful! Be aware there is 3 floors and no elevator (which we knew in advance). We sleep with a sound spa and had no issues with any noise. We enjoyed our stay! Would recommend!"

"(Review following one night stay on 10/02/25) Staff were very friendly and helpful. They get 6 stars (if that were possible!). Nicely placed, not too far from Queensway underground train station, with the park just a little way down the road. Price could not be beaten and considering what you normally pay in London, very good value. However, would highlight that the property is currently undergoing building works / renovations, so there was building work noise from 8.00am - if I were a late sleeper, might have been miffed."
