It was a lovely stay, no-noise they had breakfast, but we didn't try it. very close to many restaurants and attractions. will stay there in the future. Not too far to drive if you want to go to Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge but with way less traffic. »

« Historic, over 100 years old, and former high school, this is an interesting stay that takes you back to that prior generations' feeling. The positives were a comfortable bed, clean, good breakfast, and the sole negative was it was cold on the interior (cold outside) with no available blanket and no ability to increase heat in the room. »

« I am obsessed with the property and the bus! My husband and I stayed for a night with our three toddlers while taking a night off from section hiking the AT. We all slept in the king bed in the back which was INSANELY comfortable. The hosts are a super sweet little family. Our laundry was done for a small fee very quickly. « My only complaint is about the driveway. I read reviews about it and it said that it had been repaired. We arrived with two F150 4x4’s and we had to use the 4wheel drive to get out. I don’t recommend someone with a low car to try it. If the owner spent a little more on the driveway it would be a 5 star place to stay. »
