Very nice stay. Property is being remodeled and my room was very nice. Bed very comfortable. Staff and Service were amazing! Breakfast Provided-Omelet, sausage, waffles,cereal, etc.

The staff is super friendly and the property is really nice and laid back. The only issue i had is i dont believe the room had been vacuumed because there was about 20 ladybugs on the floor near the air unit and a couple of stink bugs.

Great stay at Cherokee Inn. At first we were worried it might not be a best place to stay, but it was perfect. Especially since it’s almost half the price as ones closer to the casino.

When this was Hampton Inn, it was kept up. Now it has deteriorated, carpets are disgusting, hair left in shower and sink areas. Needs to be updated and cleaned better. I have stayed there 10 plus times over the last 5-6 years and this is the worst it has ever been. I will not be back unless something is done!

I booked for two nights and hanged the tag for maid service on next morning. But they didn’t do it. The receptionist told me that the breakfast will be served from 6 am but actually started at 7. And no bread for the toaster. Only bagels and muffins.
