"The staff was so helpful. I had an issue with my rental car and they were so helpful in working to solve the problem. Made phone calls for me. "

"It had been a very cold and snowy day. When we got to the room, the heater was off and the room was very cold. It took a couple hours for the room to warm up enough to sleep comfortably. Also, the fire detector located in the middle of the room right above the bed had a very bright light that flashed continuously through out the night. "

"I always stay at this hotel when I am in the area. This is my favorite place. It does need some updates and a more thorough cleaning (like corners and such). But the beds are comfortable and the staff are always friendly."

"Bathroom was a bit dark… the touch screen mirror/light didn’t work properly it seemed. Everything was very clean and comfortable, although the room was too hot and didn’t seem to respond to being turned down to lower temperatures!"

"Great location and value. Our room was right next to the lobby so Boise level was higher. The beds were metal platform(no box spring) so a little noise when you lay down on them. My son slept right through the night. The heater turning on and the nose from the lobby woke me up a few times. It was the coolest night of the year with sub zero temperatures so not surprising the heat kept kicking on. Over all good value and comfortable stay."
