"Very nice hotel, rooms were very big and comfortable. Only negative is that it's very noisy with the highway being right next to the hotel. "

"The motel was clean. The bed was super comfortable. When we first inspected the room, I felt uncomfortable about some spots on the mattress, so they immedately, without hesitation, gave us a different room. The breakfast was great! "

"This is my second time staying at this hotel. The staff is always super friendly and accommodating. The facily is clean and the beds are pretty comfortable! We did have an issue with having no hot water on Saturday morning though which was pretty inconvenient. However the hotel was booked full with wrestlers and families in town for the state championships(also why I was there). I did not complain to staff about this because I tried to just understand the situation, and there was hot water...

"Room was surprisingly spacious, comfortable and close to Syracuse campus. All staff we encountered were helpful and friendly. Breakfast had plenty of options. We had one small issue, which is why I didn't rate higher -- our room had a large window, but the darkening shade could not be raised (electronic shade and cannot be raised manually) so the room was very dark during the day. "
