"Everything about the property was wonderful EXCEPT for the fact that they had a nightstand lamp with no outlet to connect it into! Strange…otherwise a comfortable stay. "

"1 night stopover for a cruise the next day. Nice hotel. Good service. A tad outdated but clean. Really close to the River walk which was beautiful. Convenient and friendly shuttle to the cruise port. The only downside is it is a big busy hotel that had 3 elevators. 1 wasn’t working the whole time. And a 2nd elevator was shut down the morning of checkout. But overall a very pleasant stay "

"I loved how quiet our stay was. The only issue I had was returning back from our dinner by 11:25, but they had closed the valet after advising 12am. Also, the room was a little dusty over the bed, but it was a decent hotel in Tampa."

"Aslynn at the front desk was excellent. She was short staffed and had already had quite the day but she was pleasant, friendly, informative, helpful and efficient. She's an asset to that hotel. "
