" Price was half of what the similar hotels offered. There was no room service offered but for my 4 day stay was completely fine. My coffee maker was malfunctioning but they replaced immediately after my complain. All stuff were sincere and professional. Overoil, very happy"

"Great place to stay, we booked the penthouse without the full kitchen, very nice we definitely enjoyed it, staff was friendly and at first we thought the cost of laundry was a bit much but the washer and dryer are very large and was well worth it. However we did have one issue, it was that it’s very cluttered. I mean the layout of the beds was ok but what we felt was out place and made it look cluttered was the table in the middle of the room with 4 chairs, it’s right between the fireplace...

"An excellent Holiday Inn Express, very well renovated, terrific world class Burnaby/Metro Center/by Metropolis Mall location in Greater Vancouver. Across the street from the Sky Train, which is easily accessible. Nice breakfast options and overall service, complimentary water bottles as you check in, etc."

"Very busy street if you choose front facing room. Very convenient for location as I had an appt close by next am. We had a lamp that had a broken bulb, the interior was exposed. We could have easily cut ourselves turning on the lamp or risk huge electric shock. "
