"The dates above are incorrect as I stayed 1/2-1/3, not 1/1-1/2. I was assigned a room on the third floor. The front desk attendant didn't give me any information about where to park, how to access my room, and the elevator. I had to ask for each piece of information. When I arrived at my room and opened the door with my belongings, I noticed the room had not been cleaned yet. There were towels on the floor, and the bed was not made. I returned to the front desk and alerted them, received a blank...

"Like the good ol saying goes, "you get what you pay for". For the price I did NOT expect a 5 star hotel experience. The bathroom was not as clean as it should have been and the floors seemed like they weren't mopped but the staff were extremely nice and I do believe that kind of customer service goes a long way. "

"We normally stay closer to the Rosemont area but thought we would try something different and more economical. This wound up being a great fit for us. We were able to spend the entire weekend (affordable), had our little kitchenette and perfect space for us. The beds were surprisingly comfortable, it was quiet and cozy. It is short drive to all of the entertainment and dining."
